Call for Papers 2018

The following information is required in order to submit the Call for Papers. Please have all information ready when beginning the on-line submission process.

Title of Presentation. Please be clear, concise and descriptive. (100 character limit)

Abstract. Please include 3 references at the end of the abstract. (500 character limit)

References. All submissions should be in APA format. (500 character limit)

Objectives. Please include up to 3 learning objectives, which should describe what participants will accomplish in this session. Objectives may be uploaded or entered into the text box. (500 character limit)

Length. Presenters will be required to present a 90 minute session.

Date. Please indicate the preferred date for your presentation: Friday September 14, 2018 or Saturday September 15, 2018. You may also select No Preference if you can present either day.

Content. Indicate one primary content area and one secondary content area from the following choices: Clinical and Professional Issues; Health and Wellness; Health Services Research & Efficacy; Mental Health; Productive Aging; Rehabilitation, Disability & Participation; Academic and Fieldwork Education; Children & Youth; Driving and Community Mobility; Environmental Modification; Feeding, Eating, and Swallowing; Low Vision; School System; other (please specify).

Audience. Select all that apply, including OT, OTA, OT student, and OTA student.

Level of Presentation. Indicate Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced.

Audiovisual Needs. Please specify your audiovisual needs, including laptop, LCD projector and screen, podium, laser pointer. Please indicate any additional AV needs. AV equipment will be provided according to availability from the host hotel.

Primary Presenter Information. The primary presenter will be the contact person for the presentation and will receive the Speaker Agreement. Contact, credentials, place of work information, and biography for the primary presenter is required. (250 Character Limit)

Co-Presenter Information. Each presentation may have up to 4 co-presenters. Please provide name, credentials, phone and e-mail address for each co-presenter, and biography. (250 Character Limit)

The completed form must be submitted no later than midnight on June 30, 2018. The Program Committee will review all submissions and the Primary Presenter will be notified as soon as a decision has been made. All decisions will be made August 15, 2018.
