Additional DPAMs Offerings

DPAMs Certification Supervised Treatment Sessions: 

Upon completion of the DPAMs coursework, KBLOT requires an attendee to receive 5 supervised treatment sessions with a KBLOT-approved DPAMS supervisor.
KOTA will offer the opportunity to obtain all 5 supervised treatment sessions for an additional cost of $25.00. This is only for those who have completed all of the coursework required for DPAMs certification  (36 hours OT, 72 hours OTA, 12 hours CHT).  
This appointment does not guarantee you will be checked off on all treatment sessions. You must be able to demonstrate the knowledge, skill, and competence in the areas identified on the KBLOT Supervised Treatment Session form as observed and approved by the supervisor.

Refresh Day:

This course is designed as a refresher for Occupational Therapy Practitioners who are already DPAMs certified in the state of Kentucky who wish to participate in the in person hands-on lab day to reinforce their skills.
The cost for the Refresher day course is $125.00. Please contact the KOTA office directly to purchase!

Hands On Lab Day: 

This course is designed for Occupational Therapy Practitioners who are NOT currently DPAMs certified in the state of Kentucky who have completed some DPAMs educational requirements but still require either hands on lab hours or require additional hours for DPAMs certification. 
The cost for this Hands On Lab Day course is $175.00. Please contact the KOTA office directly to purchase!
